The Body Swap ("we", "us", "our") provides online fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and digital fitness programmes through thebodyswap.com. By creating an account or purchasing a programme you agree to these terms.
2. Health disclaimer
Our programmes provide general fitness and nutrition guidance and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You take part in all activities at your own risk.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide (including name, contact details, and body metrics). You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Payments and programmes
Independent challenge programmes are one-off purchases processed securely via Stripe. Coaching memberships are billed as agreed at sign-up. Access to purchased digital content is granted once payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Results and guarantees
Individual results vary and depend on your consistency, starting point, and adherence to the programme. Any stated guarantee (for example, our 12-week coaching guarantee) applies only where you have followed the agreed programme requirements, including logging and check-in commitments, and is assessed at our reasonable discretion.
6. Acceptable use
Programme content, videos, and materials are for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or resold. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or share access with others.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect losses or for injuries arising from following general guidance without appropriate medical clearance.
