Delete your BodySwap account

BodySwap by EKA Performance. You can delete your account and data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to the BodySwap app or thebodyswap.com.
2. On your dashboard, tap the settings (gear) button.
3. Scroll to “Account & privacy” and tap “Delete my account”.
4. Type DELETE and confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

Can’t sign in?

Email info@eka-performance.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login and profile
• Food logs, meal photos, saved meals and recipes
• Workouts, check-ins, weigh-ins, progress photos and weekly reports
• Health data synced from Health Connect or Apple Health: steps, distance, active, total and resting calories, sleep, resting heart rate, weight and exercise sessions
• Rewards, notification settings and registered devices

Nothing is kept after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep payment records. Data inside Health Connect or Apple Health itself stays on your phone and is managed there.
